Yes, it is. Our basic e-mail support is included free of charge in your licence. Premium support is also included in higher plans.

2. What is the difference between Basic and Premium support?

There is no difference in the quality of customer service and the speed of response. Questions or incidents are handled with the same commitment and quality of service. Premium support offers a more direct and personalised channel via telephone or online tools such as Skype, Teams or similar.

3. Can I purchase Premium Support additional if I have the Basic or Standard plan?

Yes, you can. Premium Support can be purchased as an add-on at a price of 360€ per year.

4. What types of training videos are included in Vision Lims?

The Help Panel of the system contains a large number of videos, which are organised by category and relevance.
The “Getting started” category explains everything related to the initial setup, user configuration, messaging and internal chat, as well as tips and tricks.

The rest of the videos are clearly organised into Requests, Worksheets, Results, Reports, Invoicing, Warehouse, Quality Control, Sample Distribution, Online Results, etc.
